Who are we?
Reducate is an EdTech group based in Utrecht. Within Reducate, we create online continuing professional education programs for various target audiences, such as doctors, lawyers, and primary school teachers. Our online training programs are produced in our high-tech studios, and all course materials are uploaded to our learning platform, allowing professionals to easily and quickly access all content. To provide our customers with the best possible experience, our IT department works hard every day to develop our learning platform — and that’s where you come in!

Who can do an internship at the IT department of Reducate?
We offer internship positions for students pursuing mbo or hbo education in IT-related fields, such as:
- mbo – Software Developer
- mbo – Expert IT Systems and Devices
- hbo – Computer Science (Software Engineering)
- hbo – Communication and Multimedia Design
- hbo – Security Management
- hbo – Technical Computer Science

Examples of possible internship assignments
- Research and develop a new feature for our training platform.
- Research and develop a search engine using AI to make our courses even more easily findable.

Your program
- Introduction
At Reducate, you will find various departments, such as sales, editorial, marketing, and service desk. You will spend a few hours at different departments within our organization to learn more about what we do. - Setting personal goals
You may have specific goals provided by your educational institution, or you might need to formulate them yourself. Together, we will ensure you achieve your goals and set up a suitable assignment. - Working on your objectives and assignment
We will work on an exciting, focused assignment that combines your personal objectives to help you grow to the next level. - Evaluation
We will evaluate your internship period, and you will have enough time to finalize all your school reports. - Celebrating your success!
Together with the team, we will celebrate the successful completion of your internship.
What will you learn during your internship?
- Collaborating with a professional IT team and other teams within an organization.

- Working with a professional DTAP street, which stands for: Development, Testing, Acceptance, and Production.
